Terms of Service

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

The service lets you upload family photos and receive short animations of them, along with the full video assembled from them, with music, an opening title and a dedication.

Animations are created using artificial intelligence models. The result is an artistic interpretation of the photo, not a record of what actually happened. It may vary from one animation to the next, and we do not guarantee a perfect likeness to the people in the photo. That is exactly why every animation comes with a retry.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for every action taken in your account.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, write to us immediately.

The photos, the details you add (names, dedications) and the videos created from them belong to you. You grant us permission to use them solely to provide the service to you: to process them, send them to our animation providers, store them in your account, and show them to you and to anyone you share them with. We do not use them for advertising or to train models without your explicit consent.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that you have the consent of the people who appear in it (or of their parents, in the case of minors), or that they are members of your family who have passed away.

You may not upload:

• Nude or sexual content, and under no circumstances any content involving minors
• Photos of people without their consent, including public figures and celebrities
• Violent, offensive, inciting or illegal content
• Photos you do not hold the rights to

We may block any photo, animation or account that violates these rules, with no refund for credits used in the violation.

The videos are intended for personal and family use: to send, share, screen at an event and keep as a keepsake.

You may not present a video as genuine footage in order to mislead, impersonate another person or harm anyone. You may not use the videos for commercial advertising without our approval.

Music from our library is licensed for use within the video only. If you choose a song of your own, you are responsible for the rights to it.

The first animation in an account is free, once per person. You may not open multiple accounts to receive it more than once.

Packages are purchased with a one-time payment, with no subscription. Each package includes a number of animations and a number of retries, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. An animation that fails for technical reasons is not counted, and the credit is returned to you.

Credits are personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for [12 months from the date of purchase].

Prices are in Israeli shekels (ILS) and include VAT. Payment is made through a secure payment processor (Grow), by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bit or credit card. We do not see or store your card details.

A receipt is sent to your email after payment. We may update prices from time to time. A price change does not affect a purchase already made.

Not satisfied? You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by email: [support@nononona.com]. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of the request. Upon refund, any credits remaining from the package will be cancelled.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010.

We make every effort to keep the service available and working properly, but it is provided "AS IS". There may be interruptions, delays or faults, including at the animation providers we work with.

We may change, add to or discontinue parts of the service. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give advance notice and refund you for unused credits.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damage arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.

Keep a copy of your original photos. The service is not a backup, and we are not responsible for the loss of photos you uploaded.

The site, design, code, the "NonoNona" mark and the video templates belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

We may update these terms. Any material change will be published on the site and sent by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of it.

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in [Tel Aviv-Jaffa] have exclusive jurisdiction.
