Accessibility Statement

Last updated:

We want everyone to be able to create a gift from their family photos, including people with disabilities. We have invested in making the site accessible, and we keep improving it. This is a translation; the Hebrew version is the binding one.

Accessibility level

The site was built in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

[Update after the accessibility audit: "The site meets the requirements" or "The site partially meets the requirements", and the audit date]

What we did to make the site accessible

  • A clear page structure with hierarchical headings, marked navigation and content regions, and screen reader support.
  • The entire site can be navigated using the keyboard, with a prominent indicator on the focused element.
  • Each page declares its language and text direction (Hebrew right to left, English left to right) so that screen readers read it correctly.
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background, and text size that adapts to the screen.
  • When a reduced-motion preference is set on the device, background videos do not play automatically and animations stop.
  • Background videos are muted, and meaningful images include alternative text.
  • Form fields have clear labels and detailed error messages.
  • The site is adapted for phones, tablets and computers.

Recommended browsers and software

The site has been tested on the latest versions of the Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge browsers, and with the VoiceOver and NVDA screen readers. [Update according to the actual testing]

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. These are the limitations we know of and are working on:

  • The background videos on the home page do not yet have a pause button. You can stop them using the reduced-motion setting on your device.
  • Videos created with the service contain music only, without speech, and therefore have no captions. The dedication is displayed as on-screen text.

Physical accessibility arrangements

The service is provided online only, and we have no office or branch that receives the public.
