Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Your family photos are among the most personal things there are. This policy explains in plain terms what information we collect, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your photos to train models. This is a translation; the Hebrew version is the binding one.
1. Who is responsible for your information
[Business name / company], [Company no. / dealer no.], [Business address], is the controller of the information. For any privacy question or request: [support@nononona.com].
2. What information we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you choose to add it.
- Photos you upload, and project details: the video recipient's name, the type of occasion, the dedication and the music selection.
- The videos and animations created for you.
- Purchase details: the package, amount, date and the transaction number at the payment processor. Credit card details are provided directly to the payment processor and never reach us.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and usage logs, for security and to prevent abuse.
You are not required to provide us with information, but without an email address and photos we cannot provide the service.
3. Why we use the information
- To create your animations and video, and to keep them in your account.
- To sign you in to your account with an email code.
- To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To provide support and respond to inquiries.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the service, based on aggregate data that does not identify you.
- To send updates and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Your photos and AI providers
To create an animation, the photo is sent to an external animation provider (for example, fal.ai), which processes it and returns a video. We work only with providers that commit not to use photos sent through them to train models, and to delete them after processing. [Verify against each provider's terms before launch]
We ourselves do not use your photos or videos to train models, for advertising or for any purpose other than providing your service, except with your explicit consent.
7. How long information is kept
- Photos, projects and videos are kept for as long as your account is active, and you can delete them at any time. [To decide: automatic deletion of original photos after X months of inactivity]
- After an account is deleted, the information is deleted from active systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
- Payment records are kept for 7 years, as required by tax law.
8. Information security
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Photos and videos are kept in private storage and are accessible only through temporary links. Access to our systems is limited to staff who need it. No security is perfect, but we take industry-standard measures to protect the information, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.
9. Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may:
- Review the information held about you.
- Request that incorrect information be corrected.
- Request that your information and account be deleted.
- Stop receiving marketing emails, via the link in any email or by contacting us.
For requests, email us at [support@nononona.com]. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Minors
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. Photos of children are uploaded to the service only by a parent, a family member or someone who has received the parents' consent, and are used only to create the video.
12. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here and update the date of the last update. We will also notify you of any material change by email.
